This second OVA series takes place at the end of the second game, but tells tales that took place during the first and second games (mostly the second). North American release by AD Vision Films.

Japanese initial releases: 1999-2000 (on 6 VHSes, LDs, and DVDs); J collection release: 2006 (part of the limited-release "Sakura Taisen OVA-Box")
North American initial releases: 1999 (on 2 VHSs, dub and sub versions), 2002 (on 2 DVDs, subtitled 'Return of the Spirit Warriors' and 'Wedding Bells'); NA collection release: 2003 (part of "Sakura Wars OVA Collection")
 
I wish we got the inserts... and other music during the Production Sketches (like, Maria's theme and ending music, then Iris's theme and Iris+Leni's ending, then Sumire's theme and Sumire+Kanna's ending in the first DVD; then Kouran's theme and Kouran+Orihime's ending music, then Kanna's theme and Sakura's ending, then Sakura's theme and "Yume no Tsudzuki" for the second DVD).
